What is ceeda?

ceeda is the operating system for modern auto workshops. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, paper job cards, and group chats most shops use today with a single platform that covers bookings, inspections, quotations, job tracking and invoicing.

Each shop on ceeda gets its own private workspace (a tenant), with its own users, customers, vehicles, services and pricing. Your data is isolated from every other shop on the platform.

ceeda is built for automotive service businesses of all sizes: independent garages, body shops, tyre centres, detailing studios, EV service centres, quick-lube outlets, and fleet maintenance operations across the UAE and GCC.

Quickstart

  1. Sign up and create your shop at ceeda.me/register
  2. Add your team members and assign roles
  3. Set up your services catalogue and pricing
  4. Take your first booking or walk-in
  5. Create a job card, add parts and labour
  6. Generate and send your first invoice

Core concepts

ceeda organises work around four main objects: Bookings → Service Jobs → Quotations → Invoices. Each flows naturally into the next, giving you a complete audit trail from first contact to payment.
