What does ceeda mean?

In Gulf Arabic slang and Urdu, ceeda (سیدا) means straight, keep going. Eyes forward. No detours. It's the direction you give a driver when the road is clear — and the mindset we built this platform on.

Al Quoz made us.

Al Quoz is Dubai's industrial heartbeat — a maze of warehouses, paint shops, tyre bays, and independent garages that keep the city's cars moving. Walk down any block and you'll find a mechanic with twenty years of expertise, a clipboard, and a phone held together with tape.

ceeda was founded there, inside a real workshop, watching how great technicians struggled with the parts of running a business that weren't their craft — follow-up calls they forgot to make, invoices scrawled on paper, customers who had no idea their car was ready. The work was excellent. The operations weren't.

We asked a simple question: what if the tools matched the talent?

A digital platform built for car services — not adapted from something else.

Most workshop software was designed in the West, for Western workflows, and bolted onto the Gulf market as an afterthought. Businesses here deserve software that understands how they actually work — Arabic-speaking clients, WhatsApp-first communication, the way a booking flows from inspection to quotation to job to invoice in a single visit.

We're building the operating system for automotive service businesses across the Gulf and beyond. Every feature we ship — bookings, job tracking, live inspections, instant invoicing, customer comms via WhatsApp — comes from watching real shops and listening to what they actually need.

Our principles

Built for the craft

Every screen is designed around how a workshop actually operates — from the front desk advisor to the technician on the floor.

Fast, not fussy

Check in a customer in under 30 seconds. Invoice a job in one click. Speed is a feature.

Made for this region

Built with an understanding of Gulf business culture, communication preferences, and the realities of running a workshop in the UAE and GCC.
